Cannly FAQ

Cannly designs all of its prodcuts in the USA. We work very closely with our glass blowers and artists both domestic and foreign to ensure the quality is "dab worthy'. All our glass is individually inspected for workmanship and consistency. The glass is sourced from China where we have built a relationship with our factory which they follow our blueprints precisely to give you the Cannly premium glassware you know of. Cannly uses materials such as high silicate content borosilicate which is the glass used in most of our down stems, bowls and water pipes. In cases of high heat concentration such as a banger or nail we source materials like quartz glass, that has a very low thermal expansion rate and high heat retention. Some of our soft products use a premium non-toxic silicone that has a very high heat tolerance.

Yes, all orders regardless of their size or weight will be shipped in either an unbranded corrugate box or plain padded envelope. The shipping label will have our return address and our company name Cannly on the first line.

Cannly has a glass guarantee that states all you will receive your glass in pristine condition. If your item is damaged during transit. You’ll need to reach out to us immediately at contact@cann.ly for a replacement. If you ordered an item but didn’t use it, i.e. gifted or selected the wrong size. We will exchange the product with a 10% restocking fee once you have shipped the item back to us. You will be responsible for the 10% restocking fee + return shipping.

If the item has been used, by law, we can not accept any returns nor should the item be shipped. Depending on your states laws and where the package passes through if there is any residue on the glassware you may be legally responsible.

Cannly ships domestically in the USA and also internationally.

USA: $50+ Free shipping, 1 day handling and 2-5 day transit.

International: Calculated shipping + $4.20 handling fee. 2-3 day handling and 5-10 days transit.

All orders have a tracking number that can easily be tracked by the email sent upon order completion.

All pre-order payments will be collected immediately, you consent to wait the given amount of time until Cannly launches the product or limited production run. By pre-ordering you are reserving your spot in line. Cannly will take your orders priority based on time it was ordered. In rare cases that the available quantity does not meet the reserved pre-order number of orders. Cannly may issue a discount or full refund communication will be established with the customer prior to any action being taken.
